Almond: Elmhurst Almond Milk, Silk or Almond Breeze Milk, Barney Almond Butter, or Wonderful Almonds

Cashew: Elmhurst Cashew Milk, Artisana Raw Cashew Butter, or Cashews

Hazelnut: Fastachi Roasted Hazelnut Butter, Elmhurst Unsweetened Hazelnut Milk, or Hazelnuts

Walnut: Elmhurst Walnut Milk, Fastachi Raw Walnut Butter, or Walnuts

Milk: Whole Cow’s Milk (may use chocolate)

Egg: Scrambled Egg

Peanut: Peanut butter, Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s PB cups, or Peanuts

Baked Egg Recipe: Jiffy Muffin Mix, 2 eggs instead of 1, Bake 350 for 30 minutes (Yield 6 muffins)

Baked Milk Muffin Recipe: 1 cup cow’s milk, 2 Tbsp canola oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg OR 1 1/2 Tsp egg replacer (e.g. Ener-G brand), 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 Tsp salt, 2 Tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients. Pour into muffin cups and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. (Yields 6-12 muffins)
